Froggen får nye holdkammerater

En ny sæson af EU LCS 2015 Regular Season nærmer sig med hastige skridt, og nu har Elements offentliggjort, at de opruster til den kommende sæson, efter de måtte tage til takke med en 7. plads i den netop forgangende sæson. Dette betyder blandt andet, at holdet vinker endegyldigt farvel til danske Mike "Wickd" Petersen.

Den danske mid-laner, Henrik "Froggen" Hansen, har været på transfermarkedet for at finde nye rekrutter til hans mandskab, hvilket har kostet hele fire spillere pladsen hos Elements. Her er der tale om fornævnte Wickd, Ilyas ''Shook'' Hartsema, Martin "Rekkles" Larsson og Mitch "Krepo" Voorspoels.

Today marks the official beginning of an almost entirely new lineup for Elements. After what proved to be a more than difficult spring split for us, the team unanimously decided that drastic changes were needed before continuing the summer split and fight for the much coveted spot at Worlds.

Building anew means saying goodbye to players who's been striving towards the same goals as us for a long time, people who's become trusted colleagues, travel companions and close friends outside of the game. We would like to thank them for all the things we have had together, through good times and bad, and wish both Krepo, Mike "Wickd" Petersen, Ilyas ''Shook'' Hartsema and Martin 'Rekkles' Larsson the best of luck in the next chapter of their careers!

We have tailored and tinkered with the new lineup for months now and put a lot of effort into ensuring that the team were equally motivated, had the desired attitude and would function as a cohesive unit both in and outside of the game.

As you can see, the new squad is a combination of experienced performers, eager upcoming players and fresh talent with great potential. It is with this recipe that we hope to regain former strength and perform on a level that we and our fans can truly be proud of.
