Det er netop blevet offentliggjort, at de danske drenge forbliver i Danmark, når ESEC 2014 har sin start den 14.-15. december. Dette skyldes, at den nu tidligere Copenhagen Wolves-spiller, Jesper "tenzki" Plougmann, ikke har mulighed for at tage afsted.

Altså får Danmark ikke mulighed for at bibeholde titlen, som de hev hjem sidste år, da de vandt finalen over franskmændene. I stedet for de danske drenge træder Wiktor "TaZ" Wojtas og hans trop frem og tager pladsen.

Its with sadness that Team Denmark can't go to the LAN finals to defend last years championship! After a solid groupstage & bracket performence everything was in right place, to once again battle it out for the european championship.
Unfortunately school and other comitments denied the likes of Xyp9x, Dupreeh, Device, myself Pimp, and some others to go for the finals. This means that we this year is unable to participate in the LAN finals in Serbia, and its with big sadness that we have to withdraw from the tournament.
The ESEC guys have done everything in their power to sort this thing out, but nothing could be done. That's how it is sometimes, we'll just have to live by, and come back even stronger next year! Gl to everyone else participating, hope you will have an amazing experience, as we had last year in Serbia!! :)
